Little G Weevil will be performing at this long awaited festival in Tuscaloosa, AL on Aug 28th, 2010. It has taken about 20 years for Carroline Shines - the daughter of the blues legend - to get help continuing his father`s legacy. We all know that Johnny Shines was an extraordinary musician. He traveled around the South with Robert Johnson for years before he went up North. In the sixties he began touring all over the world, reaching hundreds of thousands of fans. Aug 28th will be a day to remember. Diedra and the Ruff Pro Band, Kent Burnside, Kent Duchaine, Carroline Shines and Little G Weevil are playing before the headliner: Bobby Rush.
